As a part of its survival strategy, ICICI Bank has slashed down the rates of their home loan products. While loans upto Rs 20 lakhs would have an interest rate of 8.75 per cent, while those of 20 lakhs to 50 and above 50 lakhs would be 9.25 and 9.75%..
